Frequently asked questions.
Do you accept dogs outside Central and Eastern Suburbs?
We currently operate within the Central and Eastern suburbs however if you and your pup live just outside these areas feel free to contact us. We can arrange to collect from your workplace if that helps!
I have more than one dog, can you offer special rates?
Yes we are able to offer special pricing for those blessed with more than one dog, get in touch to find out about our rates.
How does pickup/drop off work?
Before your pups first walk we ask you to provide us with detailed pickup information (your desired pickup address, key location, gate and alarm codes etc). We’ll follow your instructions and collect your furry friend from the comfort of their home, returning them before the end of the day in time to greet you after work.
What time will my dog be collected?
Pick up times vary based on our route and adventure location. We ask you to provide us with detailed collection instructions, this way we can collect your dog even if you’re not home. If your pup doesn’t like to be home alone too long let us know, we will do our best to prioritise them.
Do you need up to date vaccination records?
Yes, prior to your their first adventure we ask that you provide us with your dog’s vaccination certificate and any other relevant information. All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations.
Where can I find the pictures from my dogs day out?
Pictures of our adventures are uploaded daily to our Facebook page, you can also find the highlights posted regularly on our Instagram. Links to our social media accounts can be found here on our website, follow us to stay up to date!
What safety measures do you have in place?
Your dogs safety is our priority. Your pet will be placed on leash before exiting your property and remains at our side until they are secured in our air conditioned vehicle. Our adventures currently take place at fenced off-leash dog areas unless specified prior (rural adventures, swim days etc).
While we are getting to know your dog he/she will remain on leash until we are confident in your dog’s recall abilities. We also make sure your dog stays hydrated by providing water throughout the day and in the event of wet weather we dry your dogs as best we can with towels.
What is your cancellation policy?
Don’t stress if your dog won’t be available for one of our walks, just give us at least 24 hours notice and we’ll cancel their adventure free of charge.
Will my walk be cancelled due to weather conditions?
We operate rain or shine, however in the unlikely event that weather conditions pose health and safety risks we will postpone/cancel your walk free of charge. Safety first!
